Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms govern your use of ReinstateMate (the "Service"), available at reinstatemate.com. By using the Service you agree to them. Please read them before you pay.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Oliver David Paul Claridge, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom, of Business address available on request — postal address being finalised.
Contact: support@reinstatemate.com
2. What the Service does
ReinstateMate generates a written Plan of Action ("POA") for appealing an Amazon product authenticity, inauthentic or counterfeit suspension, based entirely on the information you provide.
The Service produces a document. That is all it does. Specifically, it:
- does not contact Amazon on your behalf
- does not connect to, integrate with, or access your Amazon Seller Central account
- does not submit your appeal — you submit it yourself
- does not review, verify, or authenticate your invoices or any other document
- does not unlock, reinstate, or restore any account or listing
You are responsible for reviewing the generated document, deciding whether to use it, attaching your own evidence, and submitting it to Amazon.
3. No guarantee of any outcome
Amazon alone decides whether to reinstate an account or listing. We have no relationship with Amazon, no influence over its decisions, and no ability to predict them.
We do not guarantee, promise, or represent that using the Service will result in reinstatement, a successful appeal, or any particular response from Amazon. Any statement on this site about improving your position refers to producing a structured, requirement-aware appeal rather than an unstructured one. It is not a prediction of outcome.
4. Not legal advice
We are not lawyers and the Service does not provide legal advice. Nothing produced by the Service is a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor or a regulated professional. If your situation involves intellectual property claims, litigation, or potential legal liability, seek independent legal advice.
5. Automated generation
The appeal document is generated automatically by a software system built specifically for Amazon authenticity and counterfeit cases, grounded in Amazon's published invoice requirements. It is not written by hand and is not individually reviewed by a person before you receive it.
6. Price and what is included
The price is £79, charged as a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
Your payment covers:
- one free eligibility check, carried out before you pay
- generation of a Plan of Action for the suspension you described
- unlimited regeneration of that Plan of Action for the same suspension, until Amazon reaches a final decision on it
"The same suspension" means the single suspension or listing removal you described when you paid. A new or unrelated suspension is a new case and requires a new payment.
We reserve the right to decline further regenerations where use is plainly excessive or abusive, or where the request relates to a different matter.
7. Free check and cases we decline
Before payment, the Service carries out a free check of your case. Where that check indicates your case falls outside what the Service covers, or that core evidence required by Amazon is missing, we will tell you and you will not be charged.
We may also decline to generate a document after payment where the information supplied makes an honest appeal impossible. In that event you are entitled to a full refund — see section 9.
8. Your cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content and receive a refund.
Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, that right is affected as follows:
At checkout you are asked to confirm two things:
- that you expressly consent to us beginning to supply the digital content immediately, before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
- that you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply has begun.
If you give that consent and the content is then supplied, you lose the 14-day cancellation right for that purchase.
If you do not give that consent, we cannot supply the content immediately and you retain the full 14-day right.
We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement to you in writing by email after purchase.
9. Refunds
Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
We will refund you in full where:
- you paid but the Service failed to produce a document because of a technical fault on our side; or
- after payment, we decline to generate a document (see section 7); or
- the digital content supplied is faulty or not as described.
We will not normally refund on the basis that Amazon rejected your appeal, because the outcome is decided by Amazon and is outside our control (see section 3).
To request a refund, email support@reinstatemate.com with your payment details.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate, complete and truthful;
- you have the right to provide any document text you paste into the Service;
- you will review the generated document before submitting anything to Amazon;
- you will not use the Service to produce or support any false, altered, backdated or fabricated document or statement.
The Service will not help you falsify evidence. Submitting falsified documentation to Amazon can result in permanent loss of your selling account. Any instruction in the output to obtain a corrected document from your supplier means exactly that — never to alter a document yourself.
The quality of the generated document depends entirely on the accuracy of what you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to your statutory rights:
- we are not liable for Amazon's decisions, including any refusal to reinstate an account or listing;
- we are not liable for business losses, including lost profits, lost sales, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of business opportunity;
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change the Service at any time. Where we withdraw it entirely, we will honour regenerations already paid for, or refund you, for a reasonable period.
13. Intellectual property
The document generated for you is yours to use for your own appeal. The Service itself, including its wording, structure and underlying system, remains our property. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the Service to operate a competing appeal-writing service.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
16. Complaints
Email support@reinstatemate.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
